The Rainmaker – Lightening Spirit.

One of a collection of lightening spirit paintings. They are the Warrior brothers of Gnunmarrarah, who when together, bring all the elements of the storms that occur during the wet season. They have no mouths and communicate telepathically as a hive mind, adding their individual contributions to the great storms of the tropics.

This painting depicts the Rain bringer, holding his Hammer and Lightening whip. The orb formed around his head connected at the temples indicates his harnessing and delivery of the clouds and rains.
