The Storms Wrath – Lightening Spirit

One of a collection of lightening spirit paintings. They are the Warrior brothers of Gnunmarrarah, who when together, bring all the elements of the storms that occur during the wet season. They have no mouths and communicate telepathically as a hive mind, adding their individual contributions to the great storms of the tropics.

This painting depicts the Storms Wrath. This Horned Lightening Spirit represent the brutal and raw power of the Electric storms which bombard the earth with countless lightening strikes. Causing fear in all earthly creatures subject to his wrath. The new lightening spirit hovers over his shoulder learning his ways, as he will one day fulfill his duty in this role when his time comes and the new cycle begins.
