They have no mouths and communicate telepathically as a hive mind, adding their individual contributions to the great storms of the tropics.
This painting depicts the Summoner of the Winds. The Wings of his mind generate the great winds that cause Gale force conditions such as Cyclones, which can cause devastation and can carry the storms over vast distances.
